Amogst my ingredients you will find: Premium Belgian Chocolate (Callebaut, Valhrona etc.) , Pure Pistachio Paste (100% pistachio), Vanilla seeds (I do not use artificial flavours), 100% fruit puree (I do not use fruit flavours - I only use real fruits), premium cocoa, cocoa butter. Most of my decorations are lovingly made from scatch, including macarons, chocolate spheres, cake pops, meringue lollipops and chocolate shapes.

I was honoured to be invited by Sonia Watson as a guest of her show. I was very nervous as this was my very first live appearance, but Sonia made me feel so welcome that I did not want to leave. We had a great time discussing the amazing Bruce Cake. I followed the original Get Baked recipe! I hope the BBC Essex staff found it tasty!
